With more time spent cooking at home, winter is the ideal time for a complete kitchen overhaul, or to simply add a hint of seasonal colour.
Repainting your kitchen is a great opportunity to be more adventurous. Using a bright colour on one accent wall or for cupboards, or choosing a coloured splashback, will uplift the entire room.
Or you may decide to keep it sleek and simple, with stainless steel, white and greys for a dazzling effect. The Soho on display at Caroline Springs in Melbourne is a great example of this.
If colour is more your style, then choosing red appliances and or floral or vivid green tableware will also give your kitchen a great lift.
There is an emphasis on botanical and foliage designs and the key colours for this season are bold black and white statements, extensive tones of berry shades, as well as a focus on all shades of citrus greens.
