Many people question when building a new home if considering built in features is worth the extra pennies or not.
According to Metricon’s product Development Manager – Adrian – built in features is definitely worth considering when building a new home.
“By including built in features into a home design gives customers the opportunity to work with the spaces already available, rather than trying to squeeze things in once the home has finished being built.
One thing that always surprises customers is that it is actually more cost effective to include built in features rather than trying to retro fit them.
The Lincoln is the perfect example of this. Here we have included glazed cabinetry to show off the homes collectables. Also the provision for a mounted plasma is also available for the dwellers,” concluded Adrian.
